  • We pick up your vehicle for dealer transport:

Your assigned carrier will contact you a few hours before your scheduled pick-up time to clarify the details and confirm someone will be available to release the vehicle. If you can’t be there, you can ask someone to act on your behalf that is 18 years or older.

They also need to know that the pick-up location is safe and legal for large commercial vehicles. Other arrangements can be made, for example, if your street is too narrow where you live. We can and may arrange to meet the carrier on a wider street nearby, at a parking lot, or an area that is bigger so that we may unload your vehicle.

When the dealership car transporter arrives to collect the car you both have to closely inspect the vehicle recording any existing damage on the Bill of Lading. After you both sign the document, everything will be all set.

  • You receive your vehicle

Last but not least, you’ll be receiving a call from the carrier to let you know your delivery is at its destination. This call is made to make sure you’re available to accept delivery. From there we hand off your vehicle and you receive a copy of the BOL and from there you’re good to go.
